We ship from the nearest available location using UPS, Fedex and USPS.  Tracking numbers are e-mailed as soon as the item is shipped.  We ship to the lower 48 states only through the online store, but for international shipping or to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 855-505-2886 to order.  Most items ship the same business day if the order is received by 4:30 Est.  Delivery before 10am on overnight shipping is subject to availability in your area.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any shipping questions.



We want you to be comfortable when ordering our parts. offers a 1 year warranty on all properly installed mechanical parts. For certain items, the manufacturer's warranty may extend past 1 year.  Electrical parts are covered in our 14 day return policy, but do not come with a 1 year warranty.  Used Parts come with a 90 day warranty and are eligible for the 14 day return policy.  

We warrant that the parts purchased through our website will conform with Your order.  In the event that You are shipped nonconforming parts, your rights are limited to returning the part to Us subject to our Refund and Return Policy below.  


We offer a 14 day return policy.  Your refund will be given as money back or item exchanged.   The buyer pays return shipping.  Please contact us before returning an item.

Please remember when returning a part that the part MUST come back in its original packaging.  If you do not have the original box the item was received in then the part will be shipped back to you.  No shipping labels can be stuck to the original box or packaging.  The part must have ALL pieces intact.  Defective parts are EXCHANGE ONLY AFTER 5 DAYS of receiving parts.  All part returns are subject to a 20% restock fee unless otherwise discussed. There is also a 20% restock fee if you ordered the wrong part for your car, and it wasn't our fault.  A return will only be processed if the part is resalable and in its original packaging.  We do not refund shipping costs for a part if it is returned.  Please obtain return authorization and the proper address from us before sending back a part.


We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Divcover, and PayPal.  In the rare event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded immediately.



Ground shipped orders will arrive in 1-7 business days. 2nd day orders will arrive in 2 business days and overnight orders will arrive the following business day if placed before 3PM EST. Please be aware that weekends are not considered business days in regards to shipping.

Simply call or submit your return request in the "Request a Part" message box within 14 days of ordering your product.  All returns must be unused, undamaged and in original box.  NO SHIPPING STICKERS SHOULD BE ON THE ITEM'S PACKAGING.

The car you bought, whether it is German-made, American-made, Japanese-made etc., is made up of parts made by hundreds of other companies.  All car manufacturers use independent companies to design and make various components that make up a car.  So what does this mean for you the consumer? 

What is a Genuine Part? 
A Genuine part is a part that is originally put in your vehicle when it was new and has the car manufacturer's logo on it.  This does not mean the product is actually made by the car manufacturer, it is often times made by a different company but the car manufacturer's logo is added.  These are the most expensive parts as you are paying for the car manufacturer's logo. 

Most people believe that they MUST replace a part on their vehicle with a Genuine part, i.e. a part bearing the manufacturer's logo or it will void the warranty on the vehicle.  THIS is a MYTH and it is illegal under The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for ANY car manufacturer to deny warranty based on the use of an aftermarket or used part.  Also, a warranty cannot be voided because you use other than a dealership or even yourself to perform repair on your vehicle. 

What is an OEM Part? 
An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part is a part built by the same company that built the original product for the car maker.  It is almost the exact same part that is in your car, except it does not have the car maker's logo. These parts can very slightly due to manufacturing changes and are cheaper as you are not paying for the privilege of having the car maker's logo.  Basically, the only difference between Genuine and OEM is the box it is shipped in.

For sercurity purposes your billing and shipping address must match to prevent fraud.  

  • Confirm in your Account

    Log into your PayPal account and click on the "Confirm Address" link. This link should be visible on the left side of the page under the "Enhance Your Account" category if your address has not yet been confirmed.  If you have shipped to an address in the past, it may be confirmed already.

    Link a credit card to your PayPal account. 

  • This is one of the quickest and easiest ways to confirm your shipping address at PayPal. Be sure that the credit card company has the same address as the one on the PayPal account.

    Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit

  • Choose "Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit" as an alternate means of confirming your shipping address. If you are approved for a line of credit (credit card) through PayPal the address on your application form will automatically become your PayPal confirmed shipping address.

  • Complete Alternate Address Confirmation

    This option is only available if you live in the United States. This option is not available for residents of other countries. When you click on the link for "Alternate Address Confirmation" details will be provided. This process is slower than the first two methods.

  • Wait for address confirmation to occur

    If you are linking a credit card or applying for a line of credit your address will be confirmed within a couple of days. If you chose alternate address confirmation the process may take a week or more.

Can I pick my item up in person?

No.  Local pick-up is currently not available at any locations.

Refunds will only be issued on the part itself minus any discounts and/or restocking fees. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. 

We are not able to cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of an incorrect product. This includes, but is not limited to engine damage, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.

All items must be in new resellable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, programmed, installed, or disassembled.

If opened, manuals can not be returned under any circumstances.  If you opened the shrink wrap, we cannot resell it.

We cannot accept returns on any item that is missing parts, hardware, or the box it came in.

We cannot accept returns on any part that has been damaged due to incorrect installation.  If you have any doubts that you may have the wrong part, please don't hesitate to contact us.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK BEFORE YOU ARE ADVISED TO DO SO BY A NEWPARTS EMPLOYEE.  When you have been instructed to return your item, we highly recommend that you return your item with a shipping carrier that can provide you with both insurance and a tracking number in case of loss or damage. All returns should be able to be tracked from the time you ship your return until it is signed for on the dock. If you are shipping via USPS, please use Express Mail. Delivery confirmations and Priority Mail are not considered to be acceptable tracking methods.

  Please make sure to properly pack your return. Please do not write on the part box, bag or package as your product will not be considered “resellable”. All returns are prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

All products must be returned and then reordered.


Returns are credited within 30 days of return of item. All refunds are applied in the same manner you paid (e.g., if you paid with a master card, you will receive the funds on that card). You will receive an e-mail the day your refund is processed. Credit card refunds can take approximately 3-5 business days to show up on your statement. This is beyond our control.


If your product is returned for any reason other than an error on our part, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees are not refundable.


If your order arrives damaged or opened, immediately tell the driver that you are refusing the package due to damage. Do NOT accept the package. If a damaged or opened package has been left in your absence, you will have to contact the shipping company. 

All new (no used) parts come with a one year warranty excluding wear and tear of items due to use. Depending on the type of product you purchased, you may have an extended warranty (e.g., converters 5 yrs/50k) from the manufacturer. Please also refer to the manufacturer information that is included with your product for additional information.  Faulty parts and improperly installed parts return decisions are left up to the particular manufacturers’ rules and regulations. We process the return for you by accepting the part and then forward the part directly to the manufacturer for final approval. Installation of auto parts should be handled by a Certified Automotive Technician, and you should maintain a copy of the repair order after the repair is completed; especially with items such as ECM's, A/C Compressors, Receiver Dryers, etc. where misdiagnosis and/or installation can easily damage the part. Remember, that having a certified technician install a part does not necessarily mean it was properly installed.  On rare occasions, we may ask for the original repair order and other documentation regarding the repair to be sent to us in order to process the return. 

If your part is found to be defective you will receive a full refund, however any replacement items must be re-purchased. We do not send out free replacements.

Notify us immediately in the "Reqest a Part" form or Call during business hours.  Please be aware that we are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. It is your responsibility to have someone present at the time of delivery. You can contact us to obtain a tracking number and find out exactly when delivery is scheduled. If your package is left by the shipper unsigned, or signed fraudulently and ends up lost, we can not reimburse you for shipping or parts. You can however file a lost or damaged claim with the particular shipper, but their decision is solely based on their information and findings.

First, check around your property for any packages that may have been placed out of sight. Second, check with your neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to one of their residences. If you still cannot locate the package you will have to call the shipping company, and they should send the driver back out to your residence within 24 hours. If the driver cannot locate the package a claim will be initiated with the shipping company. Claims take approximately 30 days to settle. We are not responsible for replacing any lost orders while your claim is processing. All replacement parts will have to be reordered until your claim is settled.

We are not responsible for delays that occur for reasons such as: adverse weather conditions, train derailment, incorrect routing by the shipping carrier, and incorrect deliveries.  If a package is delayed or late for any reason, please send us a message or call during business hours. 

We do not accept order changes at this time, but we may be able to make an exception in some cases if you contact us quickly.

We can not guarentee order cancellations at this time.  Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to acomidate you, but we can not guarentee an order can be canceled.

Tracking numbers are usually available within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Please contact us if you have not recieved a tracking number after 72 hours.
